The Ministry of Education (MoE) funds the TLRI, and the New Zealand Council for Education Research (NZCER) provides administrative services. Please contact us if you would like to apply for a TLRI grant, or have queries about the application process
Funding applications may be made under either the open or the Whatua Tū Aka pathway. The TLRI Advisory Board’s commitment to improving equity for Māori learners by supporting kaupapa Māori educational research and building kaupapa Māori research capability.
